Nurses 24/7 & Co is seeking a results-driven Sales/Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and take charge of expanding our direct client base and VMS/MSP partnerships into new markets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our healthcare staffing services. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our existing Vendor Management System (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) partnerships, opening opportunities in previously untapped markets.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales/business development within the healthcare staffing industry, with a focus on new client acquisition and VMS/MSP partnerships.
Strong network and existing relationships with healthcare organizations and VMS/MSP partners is a plus.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans to achieve business objectives.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
